“Kimi & Cosmos” Content Usage Guidelines
We have established usage guidelines (hereinafter referred to as “these guidelines”) for secondary creations and fan activities related to enjoying this work.
※Secondary creations refer to the act of creating new works based on this work, incorporating individual interpretations and emotions.
フFan activities include the publication and distribution of secondary creations through printing, or sharing and distributing them online, making them accessible to people other than the creators.
These guidelines are designed to help everyone enjoy “Kimi & Cosmos” even more through secondary creations and fan activities.
Please adhere to the following rules and enjoy within the boundaries that do not cause inconvenience to others.
Introduction
These guidelines apply to individuals engaged in non-commercial activities. They do not apply to organizations, groups, corporations, or individuals with commercial intentions.

- Even if adhering to these guidelines for fan activities, expressions that significantly damage the image of this work or actions that go against public order and morals are prohibited
- Secondary creations and fan activities for commercial purposes that go beyond the scope of personal activities are prohibited
- The reproduction or capturing of images or videos from this work for use in secondary creations is prohibited (this includes tracing, screenshots, and captures)
- The use of this work’s logo is prohibited
- Creating and using designs that closely resemble the logo of this work is prohibited
- Directly using the text of this work or quoting excessively to the point of creating a new work is prohibited
(however, referencing the setting of this work or quoting dialogue for secondary creations is allowed) - In fan activities, works containing sexual expressions or expressions that cause discomfort to others are prohibited from being made available to minors through accessible methods or environments
- Organizing secondary creation events with an entrance fee or events that can be considered for-profit is prohibited
Other Notes
- In the case of profiting from the sale of secondary creations, the condition is that the profits should not significantly exceed the production costs
- In the future, we may establish separate guidelines for campaigns aimed at promoting sales, and in such cases, the separate guidelines will take precedence over these guidelines
- Please engage in secondary creations and fan activities at your own risk
- We cannot assume any responsibility for troubles arising from secondary creations and fan activities related to this work
- We kindly ask that you show respect to the creators of this work and other fans in your activities
- We cannot provide specific answers to individual inquiries regarding these guidelines
- Even if we receive opinions or reports about these guidelines, we cannot provide specific answers
